Welcome to Gwent Photographic & Digital Imaging Society

We cater for photographers of all levels of skill, from beginners to advanced, and in all branches of photography. The club also encourages the use of a variety of techniques, including digital imaging. We have studio lighting and backdrops for studio work as well as projectors for Digital Imaging.

We have lectures, practical evenings, (including camera techniques, Photoshop skills etc), Monthly Print and Digital Image competitions between members, and battles against other clubs in the South Wales area. We have short trips away for members during the year, as well as local day trips, organised by the members.

Our club is renowned for its friendly atmosphere so why not come along and try us for a few weeks at no cost or obligation. If you decide to come along you can be assured of a warm welcome.

These details will be held by the club Treasurer. If you decide not to join, then your details will be erased from our members database. Just turn up and introduce yourself, a member of the club will be there to help you with any questions you may have.

Joining Gwent Photographic & Digital Imaging Society is easy. Just fill in the form below, and drop into the Club to pay your annual Membership fee. Membership costs just £40.00 per year, with a reduced rate of £36.00 p.p. for couples and £22.00 Full Time Students. You will not have to pay for the first 4 weeks, to give you time to make up your mind. All we ask at every meeting, is £1 on the door, to cover Raffle/Tea/Coffee.
