Gwent Photographic and Digital Imaging Society started life as Gwent Photographic Society in the mid 70's. Some of the founder members were Mr Gerry Rollinson ARPS AWPF, Mr Bill Durham, Mr Glyn Harley and Mr Wyndham Hiscott.

It was set up to provide a friendly and sociable environment in which like minded people could come together to discuss and learn more about photography in all its formats.
