We are pleased to announce that following the lifting of restrictions limiting the meeting of people indoors that we will be resuming meetings at the Rivermead centre on Thursdays at 7pm. The first meeting being on 9th September. Due to the uncertainty caused by recent guidelines some Zoom events have already being arranged so in the short term some weeks meetings will be held via Zoom. When meeting at the Rivermead centre the following guidelines will be in place:
We will provide hand gel for our members to use and anti bac wipes for members who wish to cleanse their own chair.
We will ask members to wear a mask on entry to the building and if they wish they may continue to wear it once seated.
Dave will bring a device to take temperatures of everyone attending the meeting. Bob will operate the device and check members at the door.
Members will be told to stay away if they have any Covid symptoms or feel unwell.
We will not be using the kitchen facilities for the time being, members can bring their own water/drink if they wish.
The on the door charge to remain at £2 for now, the raffle will now have two prizes in lieu of refreshments.
